Hi, is it a requirement that when a cooker is installed ie, connect from the cooker supply outlet to cooker. Like for Like. (Cooker switch already installed, and a landlords certificate for property already issued).

That a minor works certificate is issued.

cheers

I would test and issue a certificate.

No such thing as a Landlords Certificate.
If what you have is a proper Electrical Inspection Condition Report, the cooker circuit could be included in that?
Or have you just a drive-by no cracked sockets or switches report?

A minor works is generally issued for alterations/additions to existing installation, they can be used for the replacement of electrical equipment such as cooker.
The requirement is that the landlord needs to prove that they have a safe electrical installation and safely connected appliance, that are fit for continued service.[/code]
