mira 415 shower running hot and cold combi boiler HELP!

Hi everyone...

My mira 415 mixer shower is running hot and cold.. I've got a combi boiler about 5 years old. Hasn't been serviced in years... the hot taps are working fine its just the shower running hot and cold.

I have already replaced the cartridge. I'm only get about 7l/m from the shower....

I have no idea what next.

Please help.
