Fitted a Mira gem 88. Flow and temp controls both stiff to operate but shower works ok. Phoned Mira and they sending replacement cartridge. Anybody else experienced same prob

did this ever get fixed? I have the same problem...
Never got fixed. Cust said they'd see if it loosened up and if not, have an Excel fitted. Not heard anything but suspect its still the same !
