Mira Minilite Shower Riser Removal

Hi All,

We are trying to remove a Mira Mini lite Shower riser and instead of screws it has a push in button to remove it (see attached image). However no matter how hard we push in the button the riser will not remove, please help.

You’re doing it right. Push in the black plastic button, and the chrome outer part should come off.
