Mira Platinum ceiling fed (pumped)- constantly dripping

Hi,

Had the above fitted last week. It constantly drips from the shower head when its turned off. I've tried taking the head out of the holder and shaking out any residual water ant then putting it back up again. still drips though.

Any ideas please?

Get installer back, if you start tampering you are likely to invalidate the warentee.

as you say you removed any residual water from the showerhead/hose`

sounds like the solenoid is passing.
if you have filled in the warranty on the shower and registered it it's now
down to mira not the installer they'll come out free of charge.
