i have a mira shower and when i switch on every thing is ok after a short time the low pressure light comes on and the water goes cold,if i turn the shower off and on the low pressure light goes out and the water goes hot again till the low pressure light comes on again . this started doing this now and again now its all the time what is wrong

I presume this is an electric shower fed from the water main.
Check for an isolation valve on the pipe feeding the shower, check it operates correctly.
these showers frequently have a small gauze filter fitted were the mains pipe comes in. To inspect it, turn off the electricity, take the cover off, and check for the filter. You may have to disconect the compression nut on the mains pipe to inspect the filter.
