i have a mira sport shower with airboost but when i press the boost button the pressure is still the same either way

As the name suggests, all it does is introduce air into the water stream, it doesn't actually increase the pressure. Apparently, the introduction of the air into the water stream (edit) increases the flow and gives the sensation of more power, there isn't actually any water or pressure increase.
