Mira Zest Shower Problem

Hi there,

I have a Mira Zest shower and it has stopped working. There is no water coming out when I try to turn it on. There is a separate switch in the hallway of my flat to power the shower which is illuminating as normal when I switch it to ON, but when I try to turn on the shower nothing happens at all.

Please, can anyone help ?

First check that the water is on, no isolation valves have been closed on the water connection to the shower, than check for blockages in handset and incoming water pipework.
If there is no problem with water supply, then it could be either a solenoid fault or faulty microswitch.
