Mis-aligned Double glazed window

Hello guys.

Please see attached, photos of a top hinged bay window. It was fitted some years ago. You will notice a gap at the bottom right. Looking forward it has moved sideways, left to right, at an angle.

A double glazed fitter says it is due to a drop in the bay, and cannot be rectified. Say he has seen worse, but it will not go any further.

The result is that cold air comes in. Any second opinion please ?. Any way of sealing that gap ?.

Id be surprised if it cant be moved on the hinges a tad
 
Should be possible to "toe and heel it" over a bit and as notch said maybe get a few more mm from the hinges.
I would say the double glazing guy you had over is rubbish, 10 min job for someone who knows what they are doing.
That is assuming the above hasn't already been done and these setting are at the max already

measure the diagonals off the opening and half the distance is how much its off square
the more diamond shape it is the more difficulty iin getting it to sit right
