Missing dpc .

Hi, I'm not a builder, but im having an extension built on a property I own. The bricky as build up his block work before we poured the slab .. he's laid 300mm strip of dpm ready to lap on dpm. Also inserted 450mm dpc tray. But hasn't inserted 100mm dpc ... is there any way of inserting dpc or other solutions without knocking walls down ??
