Hi folks

I'm after some advice for a thermostatic mixer shower for a combi boiler.

Looking arounf it looks like you can spend anything between £80 and £600 but what is it that really imapcts the pressure coming out of the shower (assuming they've all got the same input). Is it the quality of the mixer valve or the head.

Any suggestions about what i should fit would be great. I've had one person telling be Mira are the best and others saying they're overpriced and you pay for hte name!

Cheers
Chris

HI

quality always makes difference. shower head does not.
but with combi boilers it mostly depends on the boiler output
which creates temp and water pressure .
conclusion= NEARLY all mixer showers give similiar pressure with combis.
