Mixer shower ID please

Does anyone know which shower this is?

Needs a new temperature valve, basically its seized!

That one does remind me of an old Ideal Standard Trevi concealed mixer. Being a thermostatic shower, it needs a new cartridge. Send the pic to www.showerdoc.com, they're usually pretty good at ID'ing Showers.
