What shower make/model is it ?
What happens when on hot setting ? are you getting water but cold or no flow at all ?

I have the same problem but with a Triton LP 3000. I wonder if it could be caused by a blocked hot feed pipe to the shower, such as limescale? I've asked this question myself, today, on this forum. Let's see what the experts say. How old is your shower? Mine is 14 years old. Is it better to refurbish it/clean it out or get a new one, do you think?

Hi again. I think the problem could be a sticking hot water inlet valve. Triton says I should clean it now and again to remove debris. If it sticks it only allows an amount of flow according to the position where it stuck. This may mean that insufficient hot water is allowed in. Does anyone know what the function of the inlet valves are? The booklet says "they prevent crossflow of water, either hot or cold." If this is all they do then what controls the amounts of water coming in to the mixing chamber?
