Mixer Shower

[Laburnum]

Hi there

We have two tank fed mixer showers in our house (gravity fed not pumped). The one in the main bathroom is fine, however, the one in our en-suite will not produce any hot water whatsoever.

Are there any recommendations or tests I can do to eliminate the problem?

Sorry no they're different, the one that works is a lot newer than the other, they're both mira's.

are you getting cold water

yes cold water is fine

the water from the shower comes out ok, but unfotuately both sides are cold.

Had time to sleep on the problem,

was wondering is it worth tuning the water off to the shower and dismantling the valve, to see if there is a blockage, or do you think it's likely to be further back along the pipe work?
