Mixer tap lubrication (Sorted Found out how to)

Does anyone know how to lubricate this basin mixer tap. Ive had it for about 14 months, its the tpye were the top swivels. Ive noticed that of late if i run hot water the top becomes stiff to turn as does the hot turn on side. The tap is fitted with quarter turn ceramic valves. Here,s a couple of pics

Ive now managed to sort this.
