Mixing WC & washbasin styles

Am refitting my bathroom and I quite like the look of this toilet:

And this basin:

But they are from different ranges, will it look rubbish because they are a different shade of white?

Unlikely, but i'd be more concerned on the quality of the toilet flush. Some of these trendy looking bogs are useless at flushing or have tennis ball size opening that you have to "aim" your jobbies down.

Buy your basin and bath where you like, but Id suggest going to a plumbing merchants to get the bog. Ask for Ideal Standard or Twyfords. Check it over very carefully, especially the glazing under the outlet. If that is poor, it will always leak once you put the pan connector on.
