Moaning noise from gas heating system

Gas boiler and underfloor heating system. Just starting making a loud moaning noise which lasts 3 seconds every 20 mins when system running. Any suggestions please?
 
Difficult to diagnose without any information about make and model of boiler. Suggest you try to find a competent engineer to have a listen.
 
Does the noise coincide with anything else happening in the system - e.g. the boiler thermostat cutting out and the flame going out? No chance of a diagnosis unless you give a lot more info.
 
The plumbers have left their apprentice behind under your floorboards ... Regular occurence, it can take weeks to miss them :wink:
