Mobile phone

I have samsung J700i and am trying to connect it to the pc with no luck, i have pc studio 3 installed and up to date,when i connect the phone it recognises it to a certain degree because when i open up my computer it is there but if i click on it ask's me to put a device into e drive where it is .I think I am missing a driver but where to find it any help appreciated.

Yep I agree with gregers. Try reinstalling the software.

I uinstalled the new version and installed an older one works fine now.
