I think the restrictor in the flue could be causing the following problem, boiler won't fire up DHW or CH called for, air pressure switch has been replaced no change, no fault led's on, removing the room seal cover allows boiler to fire up but go's into an off on mode after running for any length of time. can I remove the restrictor all together??

Must just be too flush :eek: , I've just always found the modenas to run very much on the edge as far as air flow is concerned and even a slight slowing in the fan to cause problems so as it's a cheapie I replace complete.
