Modena 102

Took alook at a Ferroli Modena 102 which kept cycling. Both sensors were around 15k (ohms) after some use so expected them to be lower. I also discovered that on both heat and DHW there was no modulation. Got the sensors and replaced but [no] surprise same issue. I can't decide on whether it's the board or Gas Valve, any ideas? I'm GS registered.

Assuming the boiler was working ok. Measure the coil resistance and if acceptable assume it is the pcb.

check ignition rate on board is set correct 5mb had them adjusted to high so no modulation

yep, disconnected lead,tried that but it doesn't respond to adjustment (perhaps my answer is there).
