I'm after moisture resistant foil backed plasterboard, but there doesn't seem to be such a thing.

It needs to be foil backed as it's on a sloping ceiling, to stop cold bridging. However, the sloping ceiling is going to be in an en-suite (close to a shower).

Will standard foil backed p/b be ok, with a skim coat? Or is it just asking for trouble?

I may have used the wrong terminology.

Building Control specified 150mm insulation board between trusses (leaving 50mm air gap), OSB diaphragm to underside of rafters, then 12.5mm vapour check plasterboard on the OSB.

It's to stop something happening anyway

Osb wont prevent cold bridge shading either,

Anyhoo just use 12.5 duplex on the ceiling taped and skimmed.
