Mondeo ST24 n/s/f lower arm

I took my Mondeo to have a new battery fitted in the key, part of the service that this main Ford dealer offers is a 20 point check on the car.

The report came back with (Steering / Suspension) N/S/F Lower arm rear bush pulled through. Well that is what it looks like they wrote.

They want £200 to fix. Is this a reasonable price & is it a serious problem. (Location N. London)

Sounds to me as though they are having a laugh!!!
It is a common fault and the whole lower arm can be purchased from a motor factors for around the £60 mark
