Mono pitch roof

Hi guys,



Just got to the wall plate level on my garage to down stairs bathroom conversion. What i would like to know is for a single story mono pitch roof taking cermet slate tiles, is 6 x 2 joists and rafters ok with the regs or could i use something less? The roof is about 5m long and 2.5m wide. Joists will be 600mm apart.

I would have thought 6" x 2" would eat it.

What is the roof pitch?
