HI I have a problem with this tap Turned on hot tap this morning and no water all other hot taps in house ok took off cross head but dont seem to have a chrome shroud to unscrew to get at the valve you can see a picture of the tap at wickes catalogue called regan 197632 aLthough it is not a wickes tap can anybody tell me how to get at the valve

Looking at the pic, there are some chrome tapered shrouds covering the insert......although there aren't any obvious things to grip, i.e spanner flats, the things should unscrew.
