my monobloc sink rosa mixer tap is leaking at the lower swivel section. Only been installed 15 months but repairs seem difficult as I understand the whole tap has to be removed and that isn't easy. repair seems to be to undo the tap from the underside to take out the O ring(s) and reassemble. cost of new O ring £8 from tap manufacturer. can this be done with tap insitu? more expert advice would be welcome.

there is usually a small grub screw on base of tap facing you, (unless tap has been fitted round wrong way) undo this and top swivel part should come off with O ring fitted on stub.
