Looking on the bright side - as they are capacitive and a majority of everything else we use is inductive they should assist in cancelling each other out so infact brings it a midges closer to unity.

Dead Right Spark123. And that means we are giving the Distribution Companies Free PF correction. Wonder how we can charge 'em for it? Let's not even think about that one, 1W of correction each is really really insignificant.
