Probably under the guise of for their own safety. The Israeli gvernment would not be able to protect them once in Gazza.Then maybe Israel should let foreign journalists into Gaza so we can get to the bottom of this and expose the lies of Hamas.

Gaza must be the most surveilled place on earth, satellites, drones all watching a population riddled with informers and yet they claim they had no idea what was going on.

Let's not forget that they called in three airstrikes on an announced and clearly marked aid worker convoy for World Kitchens killing three British workers in broad daylight.
They saw one of their security team with a weapon and so killed the lot of them, including the unarmed members of the team as they fled.
The IDf does use precision munitions, and they often use them very accurately. They just use them without trying to determine if they should be shooting the target or not.
The infantry isn't better, remember the two hostages they stalked through a building and executed whilst they tried to surrender?
