be more than a reasonable skill level required in a single garage that is just wide enough to turn it on a turn table and the tyres just make it around. I doubt Harry Potter could do that
 
Clutch bearing?
Yup, a release bearing. Some are rings of carbon, but they saved me one suitable for the turntable, off a big van I think, and welded it to my plates. Strong as hell. I put dome nuts on the underside of the rotating platform corners. Thought about castors but they would have raised it . The old guy was made up, got quite teary.
