Motorised Valve not working

Hi,

The problem with our central heating is that in order to turn it on, we have to move the lever of 3 port motorised Valve to manual position each and every time, otherwise it won't work. i think there is some probelm with it but don't know what to do.

plz help me b/c i donot know anything about central heating.
Do i have to change it and how! can anyone plz forward the link which shows how to change it.

Probably the synchron motor of the 3 port valve if not then the valve itself. Get someone out to do the job .
