I am doubtful to an answer to the question but I figure I will never find out until I ask.
Regarding the fancoil in the unit, I am trying to find the replacement for the valve. Unfortunately the original one is very old, probably close to 20 years. From what I can read from the label, it's a Motortrol valve and its model number is "S647B311 00B0". I would not be surprised this particular model is long gone. So I figure there are two options, either finding a newer model that replaced it, or another current model that can be used for the same purpose.
Does anybody have any idea what the replacement could be? Thanks.
