Hi,
I have a flat which has a significant mould and condensation problem. It is a tenanted property so it is very difficult to continually drum into tenants that they need to properly ventilate the flat. We lived there ourselves for a year and found it was controllable with proper ventilation and spraying mould prone areas down - but we have an ongoing problem getting tenants to maintain it properly.
As a more long term solution we were looking to install a built in dehumidifier such as Remcon

- however it does not appear to be suitable for a ground floor flat as it needs to go into the loft. They said that going through the stone wall would be too big a job.
Any suggestions for a ground floor flat other than a free standing dehumidifier? Anyone tried the Nuaire flatmaster range?

Thanks
