Just need an expert Advice, One side of my house has got Mouldy black surface, its a Rendered Wall and not been painted for the last 15 years i remember. IN the past few years the house was very cold and i was not well to look into it.
I need an advice that
what materials i shall use to wash that Mouldy surface of 8 meters.?
what is the best paint to paint on rendering that will cope with the weather.?
One day gap between the 2 coats is enough or shall i give more gap?
