Mould on Tiles and Grout in Shower

You should not accept the existence of mould in a shower as normal or acceptable. It is a sign of inadequate ventilation, which if not corrected will in the longer term could give structural problems.
I think you should fit fan or uprate existing fan so that mould does not occur.
