Mould on window reveals

Hi
For the first time even - probably due to the damp winter - I have had mould on the bedroom window reveals. This despite it being a well ventilated room. I've cleaned and treated the mould and am just about to repaint the affected area. Would it be worth mixing in a fungicidal additive?
 
I've used this stuff Zinsser Perma White Interior Mildew Proof Paint - Satin
about £15 for 1l its white but can be coloured. I've found it to be very good and I've had no more mould in my reveals
