Mounting full-motion bracket onto brick chimney breast: which fixings?

Brick (plaster-skimmed) chimney breast.

Need to use full-motion tv bracket, due to angle tv needs to be wrt layout of lounge.
Not intending to keep repositioning the telly, just need the initial angle.

15kg tv (40" Sony Bravia; oldish one)

Kit comes with M10 x 60mm nylon plugs, and M8 x 60mm screws.
Safe enough, or something else recommended?

Plenty of grip on those fixings.
I usually ditch the supplied plugs and use my favourite Fischer duo power.
They do 8x60mm.
