Hi,

I’ll be moving home soon and want to prevent the alarm from throwing an error once the Wi-Fi goes down.

What can I disable (preferably via Wintex as I find that easier than the keypad) that will stop the system throwing a beep and error?

easiest way to stop faults is to turn off the Texecom connect protocol in program digi and smart com and com ip in comport setup.

I would turn these off whilst in engineers mode, then exit engineers mode.

Cheers mate, I’ll take a look in Wintex and try and disable them.

Just thought, how via Wintex, could I disable the alert from showing if Wi-Fi is lost?

I think it’s the ATS fault?

If you turn off as mentioned the panel won't be connecting to the server so ATS fault shouldn't occur.
