moving toilet pan

I am re fitting our bathroom and would like to move the toilet pan, i only want to move in 100-150mm to the left so its in the middle of the space available so it wont be so close to the bath, the waste pipe comes up through the floor, so i just wondering the best way to fit toilet to waste pipe as they now wont line up

the 100mm offset might just do it! do these just push into the soil pipe? i dont have to clamp or solvent weld it?

Does the pan spigot point backwards or downwards?

If downwards like the one above there's very little clearance to run a pipe to the floor socket.
