Are there any euro cylinders that are thumbturn on the inside; but have ability to double lock from outside with key. ie If you are out then the double lock means an intruder can’t access via window and open front door to exit?

He said is there a euro with a thumb turn that can be double locked from outside and if someone broke in they couldn't get out. To which I replied if anyone else was locked in during the day how would they get out. As far as I know the thumb turn replaces a key.
