Saw the above yesterday and was quite shocked. I saw the company that manufacturers this item at the Grand Designs in Birmingham last weekend and was thinking of something similar for our house. The co claimed that no planning permission was required and that this fell under PD because it is regarded as a "temporary structure".

Discuss.
