i need to convert windows audio files to mp3 or something mac compatible

can it be done ? and more importantly how ?

Personally, I use Acoustica's "MP3 to Wave Convertor Plus", which also converts in the other direction.

I use something called "MP3WAV Converter" but there is a small charge for the software but it's so easy to use.

The easiest one to use is "easy cd creator" if you can get hold of a copy, just load your cd into the software, right click and convert to mp3, doddle.
