Ok, let's analyse this rubbish of yours:

1. Milking the system: someone on a 35 hrs contract who only works 3 hours IS milking the system. And when they are given bonuses, they're double milking the system. Don't tell me that you believe all public sector employees work all of their hours?!?!
2. Lazy people etc... Yes, they're lazy and find ways to avoid working. Plenty of them around, mostly in the public sector.
3. Have zero skills: yes, they don't have any skills, apart being good at conning the system by creating problems that don't exist, volunteer to solve them and get rewarded by equally lazy useless system milkers.

Do you need evidence of this?
If you do you live in Disneyland, so, give us evidence that all public sector employees work their hours and don't engage in useless tasks (i.e.: what should we celebrate today?... or ...what's offensive today?)
