my boiler does not make water hot!!

i have new installed boiler since last year but recently does not make fire to make hot water and sometimes water is just warm. any suggestion?

Yes, get the installer back if it's under warranty and you've checked the obvious.

all taps or just bath?? sometimes the flow of bathtaps is too fast for combi heaters- which I have learnt the hard way of!
