any one please help me my kitchen floor is bluging i think i have a masseage leak under my floor, its a concrete floor and even the tile are cracked i dont know wat to do it is my own house if i step on it .. it start to go down

Can you hear running water, or water below the floor when you walk on it? It may be the pipe that feeds the internal stop tap has leaked, try turning off the stop tap in the road.
