My Vokera 80 20 RS Flowmatic will not reignite the pilot?

The pilot light has gone out and will not reignite (tried several times). Ignition works, but flame does not hold. Any ideas? This has never happened in all the years I have had the boiler! Gas supplies are fines, as is the water pressure. Know any good plumbers in south London (Lewisham)?
