MyNute 16e hot water but no heating

I have a Vokera MyNute 16e. I have hot water but the central heating is not working. The system is less than 4 years old! Surely pump could not have failed? fuse?
I also do not have a user manual as builder did not leave one behind.
Anyone any past experience with this particular boiler and issue?

I think this is a heat only boiler so the boiler will be fine.

The problem will be with the controls, programmer, room stat, motorised valve etc.

Most likely the motorised valve motor has failed !
