Hi all, I'm hoping someone out there can tell me the manufacturer's name of this thermostatic shower unit so that I can then locate the spare part I need to make it work again. I tried Barber Wilsons as it looks like them but they say it isn't.

There is a flanged insert on each inlet elbow joint that retains an o-ring and large nut that then connects the elbow to the mixer unit. This is the part that has broken (the flange has snapped off from over tightening). Also I don't suppose anyone knows what to call this flanged insert? Perhaps I can find one as a generic part somewhere (so far no luck).

Pics attached!

It looks like a C P Hart to me. Last cartridge of theirs I changed was about £400.

Thank you ALCPlumbing. BarWils have offered to machine me a new part to match the old one (for a reasonable cost) which is fantastic. I haven't been able to work out if it's originally from CPHart yet but thanks for the tip, it may well turn out to be theirs.
