Just wondering what is acceptable for securing the bracing in a truss roof.

The diagram provided states 3.35x65 round wire nails, this is the first one I have constructed but I've seen others secured with screws in the past. Just wondering if both are acceptable or if nails need to be used?

If it were me, I would go by what is states on the tin. As I recall, many years ago one such nail is good for 90Kn. but i may be wrong?

Nails. Quicker and easier so why bother with screws? Easier to have a hammer on your belt swinging from trusses 5m above ground than a drill driver.
