narrow stave beech worktop

Hi

I am extending a run of kitchen units and need to replace the existing worktop with a longer piece that will match the rest of the kitchen.

The worktop is beech block 620mm deep, 40mm thick but with narrow 20mm staves. 40mm wide staves seem to be most common but I am struggling to find 20mm anywhere.

Can anyone direct me to a source, preferably in the Wiltshire area so I can collect.

You could try Bristol Decorative Surfaces to see if they can help. They are just at the end of the M32.

Cheers Xerxes - whilst they didn't have any they have given me a couple of good referrals. Avon Plywood are going to check out their suppliers and get back to me and International Decorative Services stock 27mm wide stave tops, which as this is not to be joined or adjacent to the existing, may well do the job.
