She is saying despite the evidence which raises questions about the link to men from Asian and Pakistani backgrounds, the system has failed to acknowledge it or do anything about it.

In her report she does a deep dive in to the data available that does have reliable ethnic records.

from Section 4,5:
Despite the lack of a full picture in the national data sets, there was and is enough evidence available in local police data in three areas which we examined which show disproportionate numbers of suspects from Asian ethnic backgrounds, as well as in the significant number of perpetrators of Asian ethnicity identified in local reviews and child sexual exploitation prosecutions across the country, to warrant further examination. More effort is required to identify the nature of group-based child sexual exploitation and why it appears men of Asian and Pakistani ethnicity are disproportionately represented in some areas, in order to understand it better, and to tackle it more effectively.

I meant that the latest available figures show that CSE by Asian gangs probably makes up less than 2% of all CSA/CSE offences.

The latest figures show that only 3.7% of all CSA/CSE is by more than one person.

Only 17% of that is CSE.

Therefore, according to the latest available figures, the maximum possible percentage of all CSA/CSE offences committed by Asian gangs has to be 2% or less.

These are the same figures you have used repeatedly.

What you have to do is get up to speed.

The statement I’ve made about the CSE / CSA figures repeatedly is that they are of no use when looking at organised gangs raping kids. Less than 2% of the data is useful.

Have you read the Casey report?
