I'm in the process of repairing/rebuilding an outbuilding "sun room". It's a very low mono pitch. I'm using onduline (corrugated bitumen) but I'm wondering what is the best way to finish/flash the top edge overhang and sides?

So far I've thought I'll use a fascia board which is as high as the corrugations (partly to hide them, but also as something to fix some sort of ridge/flashing over). The only actual material I've thought of though is an onduline ridge piece..

cut in half then folded over the fascia.

Or maybe the expensive aprons, assuming they will fold back down over a fascia.

I'm thinking there must be a better way!

Any thoughts/ideas appreciated!

Cheers.

In my sketchup, the black is the onduline corrugated roofing.

I've realised the right words for what I'm talking about.

Corrugated mono ridge. Onduline don't seem to sell it. The apron I linked to above would work except the flat plastic is angle upwards for an abutment wall. I can force it down but it doesn't bend well.

Hi leew2,

It would sort of work like that but I want the fascia flush with the top of the corrugations (so you don't see the corrugations).

When you turn them upside down, you'd get the corrugated "nnnnnnnn" shape all along if you see what I mean.

Thanks though.
